Great car, great price, bad camera technology

Everything about this car is as it should be... except for the backup camera. I previously owned a 2012 Veloster equipped with a tech package and that system was far superior to the backup camera that is in the 2020 veloster ultimate. The 2020 backup camera doesn’t have distance sensors to tell you how close you are to an object when you’re in reverse, and the lense is CONSTANTLY dirty. I find myself cleaning the camera once a week, at least. When I owned the 2012, I cleaned the camera maybe once every three months. Still, a great ride for the money. Fun to hit the gas pedal in sport mode. - 1.0
